Acceptance of terms

By using Plately (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Subscription plans

Plately may offer free and paid subscription plans. Plan features, including import limits and access to AI features, are described on the pricing page. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

Payment processing

Payments for paid plans are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Paddle or Lemon Squeezy). You agree to their terms and conditions for payment. We do not store your full payment card details; billing is handled by the payment provider.

No-refund policy

All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

Content imports and acceptable use

Users must only submit publicly accessible videos when importing recipes from social media platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and process the content you submit. Do not use the Service to distribute illegal content, infringe others’ rights, or abuse the systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plately and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
