▸ Description

My husband and I always joke that our favorite place at the grocery store is definitely the bakery where they sell all of the fresh made breads. And one of the reasons I started my new series Better With Bread is because I want to show you how to make bakery worthy breads right at home. So let's kick things off with one of my favorite sandwich breads of all time, my seedy sandwich bread. It's actually made with whole wheat flour but also containing bread flour so that you get this nice soft fluffy loaf but still a ton of nutritional benefit. And if you've ever wanted to make your own homemade bread without being a trad wife then I suggest you start with this one. It's naturally sweetened with just a touch of honey making it the perfect loaf for sandwiches or really whatever. I love toasting this with peanut butter. It's got a ton of oats in here giving it a beautiful texture and it's nice and soft and fluffy. But my favorite thing about this bread is you know the exact ingredients that are going into it and you can jam pack it with a ton of seeds. I did hemp seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and poppy seeds. It is truly so good. Find the recipe on ambitiouskitchen.com.
